We offer free standard US shipping on all domestic orders over $50.

For in stock items, orders placed before 11 am EST will ship the same day. If you place an order after 11 am EST, your order will ship the following business day. Please note that orders placed after 11 am EST on Fridays will be shipped the following Monday. NOTE: Due to high holiday order volumes, orders may take a few days to be processed and shipped.

Transit times provided at checkout are estimates provided by the carrier. The actual transit time may vary. Standard shipping is typically in transit for 7-10 business days, but there may be carrier delays during the holiday season.

We want you to love every aspect of your Mount Lai products. If there is an issue with your order, please send a note within fourteen days of delivery to customercare@mountlai.com. Please note that returns must be in original packaging and shipping is non-refundable. If a return label is requested, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

It’s a nice little massage, I wasn’t expecting there to be much of a difference but my jaw used to be defined a few years ago, and it’s still defined but not quite in the same way, there wasn’t fat but I think there was built up fluid around my neck, and after using the Gua sha just now my jaw line is already as defined as it was a few years ago. The moisturizers and the tool itself are also very nice quality

I had Bell’s Palsy 4 years ago and still have the residual effects of it. I was preparing to start Botox treatments and my daughter introduced me to the Guasha. I’ve been using it over a year now and just AMAZED at the results. I never did the Botox treatments and happy I didn’t.

Unique gua sha tool, the contours make for a more efficient routine since they cover more surface area. The herbal repair treatment jar was bigger than I expected since it looked small in the images so that was a nice surprise. High quality packaging and design as well

Love this bundle! The calming repair serum has been the only thing that has helped clear up my acne since I have very sensitive skin. The balm has lasted me a LONG time and this is my first time repurchasing. I love the new tonic mist that helps hydrate even more and I use it before lotion in the morning too. The new tool shape is also great and i LOVE the felt pouch it comes with for easy travel. The jagged end is great for relieving tension I carry in my brow region. All in all, love this!

I like how large it is and The w design works so well. The size and shape make it easy to hold on and use. The edges also fit your face really nicely and it feels amazing as the tension melts away. Excited to see my results with consistent use.

Excellent product, love the glow

I wanted to wait a bit before writing a review about this product. Here is my feedback :
The tool is my favorite gua sha tool so far. I love the shape and I noticed a subtle change in my skin after using it for a month.
The vitamin c oil makes my skin glow and isn’t too thick either. I use it at night and my skin really loves it.
The mist spray is my favorite but I was a bit disappointed after it lasted only a couple weeks. I used it everyday, once, at night. I wish it lasted longer.

Wonderful shape to grip and hold without slipping off

I love the W shape gua sha. The thickness and the design is easier to grip compared to the normal gua sha version. Ever since i have this, i seldom use my other normal gua sha which i also bought from mountlai... Hee..

This gua sha though is a little big, it can also be used to massage my arms, my shoulders too. Love this one.
