A reset for your ritual. Use the Ritual Refresh Tool Cleansing Kit to refresh your facial tools and complete your skincare practice. Cleanse your tools with the Gentle Tool Cleansing Soap and dry them with the soft bamboo cloths. The embroidered Mount Lai spa headband is a luxurious addition to your self-care routine to hold your hair back during your Mount Lai facial ritual. The velcro closure ensures a secure, comfortable fit.

Using clean facial tools is just as important as using clean hands when applying skincare products to the face. Regularly cleaning your facial tools prevents the buildup of bacteria.
How to Clean and Maintain Your Tools Using our Ritual Refresh Tool Cleansing Kit:
- Using one of the included soft, Bamboo Cloths we recommended wiping your facial tool after every use. For a deeper clean, follow the steps below:
- Place your tools inside a medium bowl or sink filled with warm water.
- With the Ritual Refresh Gentle Soap, gently cleanse the tool with your hands. For facial rollers, clean around the stones and handle.
- Use one of the Bamboo Cloths to wipe the tool clean. Make sure to completely dry the tool before placing it back inside its Mount Lai box. Our packaging was designed to be a protective + convenient storage space for your tools.
- We recommend cleaning your tool with each use. You can also try cleaning your tools similar to how you wash your hands - under some running warm water with the Ritual Refresh Gentle Soap!

Shipping Policy
We offer free standard US shipping on all domestic orders over $50.
For in stock items, orders placed before 11 am EST will ship the same day. If you place an order after 11 am EST, your order will ship the following business day. Please note that orders placed after 11 am EST on Fridays will be shipped the following Monday. NOTE: Due to high holiday order volumes, orders may take a few days to be processed and shipped.
Transit times provided at checkout are estimates provided by the carrier. The actual transit time may vary. Standard shipping is typically in transit for 7-10 business days, but there may be carrier delays during the holiday season.
Unfortunately once the package has shipped, we are unable to refund shipping fees as the payment has been made to the postal carrier. Shipping fees are nonrefundable and we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
International Shipping
We ship to the UK & EU. To get your order to you, we've partnered with Passport Shipping and they will be the Seller for all orders to the UK for orders under £135 and orders to the EU for orders €150 and under.
Pre-ordering Policy
If you place an order with a pre-ordered item, your entire order will ship together once the pre-ordered item is available.
Returns Policy
We want you to love every aspect of your Mount Lai products. If there is an issue with your order, please send a note within fourteen days of delivery to customercare@mountlai.com. Please note that returns must be in original packaging and shipping is non-refundable. If a return label is requested, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
