Warranty Registration Form

All Mount Lai products are automatically covered by our one-year warranty against manufacturer defects, you do not need to register to file a claim. To start a warranty claim at any time, just email customercare@mountlai.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo and video if applicable.

Please note our warranty does not cover damage from misuse or negligence.

This is a limited one-year warranty for manufacturer defects related to our tools. Quality is one of our core pillars and we stand behind the quality of our products.

What is not covered by this warranty?

Our warranty does not cover damage from misuse or negligence. Examples of damage not covered:

• Drops or impacts

• Storage below freezing temperature (we recommend the fridge, not the freezer)

• Exposure to harsh chemicals or cleaning agents not listed in our care instructions

• Unauthorized modifications to LED devices

Because we use real, authentic crystal, the stones are delicate and should be treated with care.

Why is the warranty form not working for me?

If you are having trouble registering your product, lease clear your browser's cache and try again. Our form works best on Chrome. If the error remains, please take a screenshot and send it to customercare@mountlai.com so we can help get you sorted out.

My item arrived damaged. How do I receive a replacement for a broken item?

Please email customercare@mountlai.com with a picture and video of the product, a description of the issue, and your order number (product registration is not required). If your claim qualifies under our warranty policy, we'll cover the cost of a replacement, including shipping, at no charge to you.

In what situations can I receive a free replacement item?

Our customer care team evaluates each inquiry on a case-by-case basis. Manufacturer defects confirmed within the one-year warranty period qualify for a free replacement, shipping included. Damage due to misuse or negligence (see list above) is not covered. Items purchased over a year ago are not eligible for warranty protection.
