We offer free standard US shipping on all domestic orders over $50.
For in stock items, orders placed before 11 am EST will ship the same day. If you place an order after 11 am EST, your order will ship the following business day. Please note that orders placed after 11 am EST on Fridays will be shipped the following Monday.
Transit times provided at checkout are estimates provided by the carrier. The actual transit time may vary. Standard shipping is typically in transit for 7-10 business days, but there may be carrier delays during the holiday season.
Unfortunately once the package has shipped, we are unable to refund shipping fees as the payment has been made to the postal carrier. Shipping fees are nonrefundable and we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We ship worldwide! For the UK and EU, we've partnered with Passport Shipping and they will be the Seller for all orders to the UK for orders under £135 and orders to the EU for orders €150 and under.

If you place an order with a pre-ordered item, your entire order will ship together once the pre-ordered item is available.
Returns Policy
We want you to love every aspect of your Mount Lai products. If there is an issue with your order, please send a note within fourteen days of delivery to customercare@mountlai.com. Please note that returns must be in original packaging and shipping is non-refundable. If a return label is requested, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Our Mount Lai box is the perfect compartment for your tools to be housed in. After washing your tools, please make sure your tools are completely dry before placing them in their storage container! For an added cooling effect, our facial tools like jade rollers and de-puffing eye tools can also be kept in the refrigerator.

Yes, all of our skincare products are beneficial for all skin types and were formulated with sensitive and acne-prone skin in mind. All of our products are non-comedogenic, meaning that they do not clog pores.

I had a terrible experience with this product. The facial roller I received was extremely poor quality. The very first time I used it, the crystal edge actually scratched and cut my face. It’s unsafe to use and clearly not well-made.
Other items in the set also had rough, broken surfaces — you can feel the uneven texture just by touching them. It feels like there was no quality control at all.
On top of that, I purchased a surprise gift box expecting at least a few items for the price I paid, but all I got was a single hairband. It felt like a complete rip-off.
I’m very disappointed and would not recommend this brand to anyone.

The tools look beautiful and have beautiful colors to them. I’ve been using the gua sha and roller nightly for about two weeks now along with the calming herbal repair serum. I had a bunch of bumps and irritation from an allergic reaction to adhesives used during a medical test and using the serum along with the tools seems to have cleared it right up. The tools have made my face feel and look less puffy especially first thing in the morning and I feel like my skin looks more dewy, fresh, and overall healthier. I’m very pleased with the results. I use a microfiber cloth to gently clean the tools and they’re stored in the original box. The tools are natural stone so if you drop them they will break so just be careful when handling them.
