We offer free standard US shipping on all domestic orders over $50.
For in stock items, orders placed before 11 am EST will ship the same day. If you place an order after 11 am EST, your order will ship the following business day. Please note that orders placed after 11 am EST on Fridays will be shipped the following Monday.
Transit times provided at checkout are estimates provided by the carrier. The actual transit time may vary. Standard shipping is typically in transit for 7-10 business days, but there may be carrier delays during the holiday season.
Unfortunately once the package has shipped, we are unable to refund shipping fees as the payment has been made to the postal carrier. Shipping fees are nonrefundable and we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We ship worldwide! For the UK and EU, we've partnered with Passport Shipping and they will be the Seller for all orders to the UK for orders under £135 and orders to the EU for orders €150 and under.

Returns Policy

Our Mount Lai box is the perfect compartment for your tools to be housed in. After washing your tools, please make sure your tools are completely dry before placing them in their storage container! For an added cooling effect, our facial tools like jade rollers and de-puffing eye tools can also be kept in the refrigerator.

The tool itself is great, my routine with it was fantastic. I give that 5 stars. My 2 stars go to the pouch it comes with. It's hard to take it out and feels very precarious. Then sometimes, like today, it gets caught and tumbles out which caused the gua sha to completely shatter. I literally just bought this a month ago and now have to get a new one because it brings after struggling to get it out of the pouch it came with. I guess just never use to pouch.

I've been religiously doing a gua sha routine daily for probably 5 years. This is by far the best gua sha tool i've ever used! The design is so thoughtful -- it immediately sculpts and depuffs while also really REALLY draining my lymph nodes. it's amazing.
GUA SHA NEWBIES, PLEASE: if you're totally new to gua sha... don't buy this (yet)! buy a cheap one that you can learn to use/handle/take care of first. if you're new to gua sha, you're gonna break your first.. few. thats just the name of the game imo.
