I have used a few times, trying to follow the instructions, but it's not really transforming when in contact with water. I'm not sure if I'm using it quite right, so I'm going to keep trying!

I truly enjoy this cleansing balm for my sensitive skin. It simplifies my skincare routine because I get the benefits of a daily cleanse and a relaxing lymphatic massage all in one go, which is great for a busy mum. After massaging all over my skin and neck, I add some warm water to my hands and the balm turns milky, and this is when I feel the warming sensation on my skin. It is a mild sensation. Other things I appreciate: it does a good job cleaning out my pores. There is no fragrance or scent, so this is really good for my sensory sensitivities, and it leaves no redness or irritation to my sensitive skin at all. It balances the combination of my skin which at times can be dry but also oily in some areas. It has become a relaxing skincare routine that I look forward to each day. I use this cleansing balm, a facial oil, and SPF and that is it. My skin looks and feels so healthy. Thank you Mount Lai, I will be sticking with this one!

I received this as a sample with one of my purchases. It is surprisingly effective. The warming is not too excessive and it leaves my skin feeling clean and soft. I would definitely purchase a larger version when I run out.
